We have extensive experience in litigating cases before the Montana Workers’ Compensation Court, Montana State and Federal District Courts, as well as the Montana Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. We also practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, in the Montana Water Court and most Tribal Courts in Montana. Members of our firm are licensed to practice in the Blackfeet, Northern Cheyenne, Chippewa and Cree (Rocky Boy), Crow, and Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribal Courts.
